I love this move because it takes me through a range of motion I don’t get any other way. Opens up the hips, strengthens the glutes, relieves low back aches, and works the entire core.
Brasil Ride 2013. One of my favorite stage race experiences ever. Amazing terrain in a beautiful country. The riding was second to none.
